WEARFITS Dashboard

Admin panel for WEARFITS clients to manage their account, API keys, usage, and billing.

What It Does

The Dashboard at dash.wearfits.com is where WEARFITS clients:

Create an account and set up their organization
Generate API keys for accessing WEARFITS APIs
Monitor usage — see how many API calls, try-ons, and 3D generations they've used
Manage billing — view invoices, upgrade/downgrade subscription plans

Who Uses It

WEARFITS clients (brands, retailers, integrators) who use the AR Try-On, 2D→3D Generator, or GenAI Try-On products via API.

Note: Shopify merchants do not need a Dashboard account — everything is managed through the Shopify App directly.

Magic link authentication — passwordless login via email (no passwords, no OAuth)
API key management — create, rotate, and track usage for individual keys (prefixed footwear_)
Stripe billing — subscription plans (FREE / STARTER / PRO) with Checkout, Customer Portal, and webhooks
Usage tracking — real-time monitoring of AR try-ons, AI try-ons, API calls, and product counts
Usage analytics — 7/30/90-day historical charts with trend indicators
Activity log — audit trail of key creation, plan changes, logins with IP/browser info
Admin panel — user management, impersonation, feature flags (staff only)
HubSpot CRM sync — automatic contact synchronization

Try-on limits reset monthly (based on subscription start date). Product limits are cumulative and do not reset.

Integration with Other Products

The Dashboard provides API keys used by all WEARFITS products. It also shares authentication sessions (via .wearfits.com domain cookie) with the legacy system at dev.wearfits.com.

Shopify merchants do not need a Dashboard account — they manage everything through the Shopify App directly.
