The WEARFITS Shopify app adds AR shoe try-on to your store. You do not create a separate WEARFITS Dashboard account. Billing stays in Shopify.
What this app does not do
It does not recommend a shoe size, and it does not turn bag photos into a 3D model. Shoe size on your own site is a separate embed. Bags need a 3D file.
At a glance
| You need | A Shopify store and shoe products that have photos. |
| You connect | The WEARFITS Try-On app, then the theme app embed. |
| The shopper sees | Try On. Phone: the shoe in the camera. Desktop: a QR code. |
| You receive | Try-on on the products that finished 3D generation and fit your plan. |
1. Install the app
Install WEARFITS Try-On from Shopify Admin (Apps). After install, an onboarding wizard starts inside Shopify.
2. Complete the wizard
The wizard syncs categories, helps you mark which ones are shoes, and starts 3D generation from product photos. You can leave and return — it resumes where you stopped.
If the store already has Apparel access, the same wizard can mark apparel categories. Apparel is a separate switch. It does not create shoe models and it does not use shoe plan slots. Stores without that access only set up shoes.
Details: Shopify app user guide.
3. Photos become 3D models
Eligible shoe products are sent to the 2D to 3D generator (POST /api/v1/shoe-3d). When a model is ready, the app stores a try-on URL on the product.
You do not upload GLB files yourself for this flow.
4. Show the Try On button
Enable the theme app embed once (Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds). Shoppers then see Try On on product pages:
- Mobile — opens AR on the device camera
- Desktop — opens a QR code to continue on a phone
Button label, style, and position are in the app Settings.
5. Manage products and plan
Use the in-app dashboard to enable or disable products, free plan slots, and report a bad model. Plan limits and invoices are handled by Shopify. Current Shopify prices are listed on the app overview.
