WEARFITS Clothing Try-On
Companion WordPress plugin for clothing / apparel. Try-on is AI-generated imagery (not 3D or AR). Shoe AR lives in the shoes plugin. The outcome pages are See a garment and, when you have a body chart, Recommend a clothing size.
This plugin is earlier-stage than shoes try-on. It embeds the fitting room; it does not digitize a catalog through POST /api/v1/shoe-3d or a shoes-style job pipeline.
What it does
The plugin builds a tryon.wearfits.com viewer URL from the WooCommerce product (images, name, garment type) and embeds it in an iframe.
No per-product try-on URL to paste. No API key is required for the shipped iframe flow.
Surfaces
| Surface | How |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce product | Product Data → Clothing Try-On → Enable Try-On |
| Any page | Shortcode [wearfits_tryon product_id="123"] |
| Block editor | WEARFITS Clothing Try-On block |
Layouts: button → modal (default) or inline embed.
[wearfits_tryon product_id="123" layout="inline" height="780"]
[wearfits_tryon product_id="123" label="See it on you"]
The product needs at least one publicly reachable HTTPS image.
Optional defaults
The fitting room already fills in a complementary garment (a top still shows a bottom). Merchants can override that under WEARFITS Clothing → Default garments with their own top/bottom image URLs.
Digitization (not the default)
An optional API key setting exists only for a separate, currently unused server-side path (POST /api/v1/virtual-fitting). The plugin you install today uses the iframe viewer, not that job API.
